Reservation Policy
Please note that our room rates do not include tax or any gratuities. Rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional guests can be accommodated in some of the rooms for an additional $10.00 daily charge for those 12 and older and $5.00 daily charge for children under 12.
Aerobeds can be provided at no additional charge, fold-up cots and Pack-n- Play cribs can be provided at an additional $10.00 charge per night.
A minimum stay may be required for peak times and these reservations will need to be paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. For non-peak times, a deposit equivalent to at least one half of the total amount due is required upon making a reservation prior to 14 days in advance of stay, the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation becomes non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable if not canceled within 14 days of arrival date. For those making reservations 14 days or less in advance of stay, payment in full is expected at the time of reservation which will be non-refundable.
As we do not raise our rates for peak weeks and West Point events, please make sure that prior to making your reservations if you think that you may have to cancel them, that you check whether or not they will be able to be refunded should the need to cancel arise. Our booking engines may not contain real-time reflections of actual availability or peak days, as such if you have any questions about your reservation, please call.
Please note that check-in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Late check-in is available if we are notified in advance. If we are not notified of late arrivals, a $25.00 late check-in fee will be charged. Check-out is between 11:00am and Noon. Late check-out may be available if another guest is not checking into your room the same day, so arrangements in advance need to be made prior to late check-out.
These policies are in place because as we have a limited amount of rooms available, we want to give everyone who wants to stay the opportunity to do so. Should someone reserve a room and then decide not to come and not cancel, the room could have been rented to someone else who wants to come and visit The Garrison House. As our rates remain the same and we are not raising them for peak weeks, special events and holidays, proper cancellation procedures are necessary to ensure that we can keep our rates affordable. Thank you for your understanding.
